By requesting an estimate or scheduling work with Austin Tree Specialists, you agree to these terms. Estimates are valid for 30 days and are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection.

Scope of work: all work is performed to ANSI A300 standards. Additional work discovered during the job (hidden decay, buried utilities, inaccessible limbs) will be quoted before proceeding.

Payment: payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for large removals or crane work.

Property access and liability: we carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Customers are responsible for identifying private underground utilities, irrigation, and septic systems prior to stump grinding or excavation.

Weather and rescheduling: severe weather may require rescheduling. Emergency storm calls are prioritized by safety risk.
